What we collect
When you request a quote or book a move, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, the pickup and delivery addresses, the size and contents of your move, and your preferred dates. If you pay a deposit or balance, payment is handled through our processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use it
We use your information to do one thing: quote, schedule, and carry out your move. That means preparing your estimate, dispatching the right crew and truck, coordinating building requirements like a COI, and following up about your job. We may send you a confirmation, a reminder, or a request for a review after the move.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not sell your move details to lead buyers, brokers, or marketing lists.
- We share data only with the people who need it to complete your move: our own crew and office staff, and our payment processor for billing.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to staff who need it, and we keep records only as long as we need them for the job, our accounting, and any legal requirements. We do not make a business of your data; moving people is the business.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your move and billing are closed out. To opt out of follow-up messages, just tell us.
